Before she became a realtor, Francesca refined her skills in a medley of industries. To say her background is multifaceted and unique would be an understatement. She's done everything from working as a UPenn-trained architect who developed products at Anthropologie and working in the restaurant business to real estate investments and house-flipping.
 
Since then, she's overseen developer sales for some of the highest-profile condominium projects in town, managed relocation for many of the region's biggest employers, acquired property all over the city for personal investment, and consistently been a top-producing agent every step of the way.

She continues to be interested in residential construction and design and has worked at the Philadelphia Museum of Art within outreach programs to develop more diverse audiences. Part of that process brings beauty to communities that often feel excluded from the museum's programs and collections. Apart from the museum, Francesca is an advisor for the Hispanic-centered Norris Square Neighborhood Project in her free time.
 
She lives in Wynnewood with her husband Stephen, kids Sofia, Sebastian, and Joaquin, Milo the dog, a cat, and a rotating cast of extended family from Puerto Rico and Ireland.
