Founded by Stephen Jenkins, SJ design | build is a design-centric construction firm serving the greater Philadelphia region. Stephen is partnered with a longtime family friend, designer Kristin Norris and they collaborate extensively with his wife Francesca Prieto and her real estate brokerage +Realtors, operating under Compass RE. The plus represents the extensive experience and connectivity to buying, selling, designing, and building these friends bring to every project. They consult independently or in tandem to elevate your design, property development, and purchasing needs. As a family business, we support local talent. For the last 15 years, SJ design | build has worked with a number of architects, designers, artisans, and craftspeople throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding areas.
